How it works

Create

Become a member of The Leadership Pipeline by creating a profile. This is how churches and organizations will see you. This step will include attaching your resume and submitting to a national criminal background check. You will be partnered with one of our mobilizers for approval and provided tips for enhancing your profile.

Apply

Once approved, you become a “candidate” and able to see the available internships and apply for the ones that interest you. Your profile will also be available for organizations and churches to connect with you.

Interview

Interested churches and/or organizations that you apply for will contact you to set up an interview.

Develop

Once hired, three things happen simultaneously. First, you have found a quality internship. Second, you will gain real-world ministry experience. Third, The Leadership Pipeline will help you develop and enhance leadership and ministry skills through online ministry-specific training with experienced experts and mentors within the field of ministry you will be working.

What is required to be accepted into The Leadership Pipeline?

To join The Leadership Pipeline, each candidate will agree to the following:

  1. Be a follower of Jesus Christ
  2. Sense a call, or potential call, to vocational ministry
  3. Be a high school graduate and at least 18 years old at the time of internship
  4. Complete a candidate profile including a national background check
  5. Agree to attend training sessions to help confirm your call into vocational ministry
